		Terms and Contitions:
		This is an event involving the capture of film, video or still images. By participating in the expo, seminars and film series, you agree to be photographed, filmed or recorded and to allow the use of photographs or recordings in any manner or media whatsoever and for any purpose without compensation, further notice or consent. If you would like to photograph or record the expo, you must have written permission prior to the expo by contacting Cine Gear Expo at info@cinegearexpo.com or calling (310) 472-0809. By allowing the scan of your barcoded guest badge at Cine Gear Expo, you will conveniently transfer your information to individual exhibitors. Solicitations and/or distribution of materials by NON-EXHIBITORS is not permitted at Cine Gear Expo. Persons or groups who violate this policy will be escorted from the premises. Minors (under the age of 17) must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the Expo. Event agendas, times and panelists are subject to change.

		Trilith Studios Terms:
		Please note that film production areas and facilities are normally closed to members of the public. Everything occurring in these areas is confidential to Trilith Studios, LLC (the "Studio") or businesses and productions based at our Studio. In consideration of your being permitted to visit the production areas and facilities you agree to be bound by the obligation of confidentiality to the Studio as set out herein. You are permitted to visit the Studio provided that you abide by all federal, state and local laws and agree and undertake to keep everything you see and hear strictly confidential. Any information related to films or businesses or other affairs acquired by you during any visit to the Studio must not be disclosed to anyone, including, but not limited to, the press, the media, social media, your friends, family and acquaintances and the general public. For the protection of productions, camera and recording devices may NOT be brought with you during this visit for use outside of Cine Gear Expo event area. Photography and recording are prohibited outside of Cine Gear Expo event area including on mobile phones. You agree to observe and fully comply with the Studio Regulations. A copy of the Studio Regulations is available upon request. Any threatened or actual breach of the provisions of this Notice or the Studio Regulations may result in the following: Temporary and/or permanent confiscation of any recording/photographic equipment (including mobile phones); and/or Refusal of entry to, or your removal from the premises of the Studio; and/or Legal proceedings. If any photographs or recordings are made by you during this or any visit, all rights in and to such photographs and/or recordings are hereby immediately assigned to Trilith Studios, LLC or the relevant production company, and all film, tape or other means of recording shall be surrendered to the Studio immediately.
